What are you using for web reading?

I'm interested in efficient book-like bookmarking – not bookmarking different urls but like ordinary book's bookmark where it tells me where I finished reading.

Let's say I'm half way reading GNU's Make manual, few chapters down Zig docs somewhere at the end of OCaml docs and I want to resume one of them few days later, possibly on laptop instead of desktop.

I find it difficult to find anything as "bookmark" and "reader" results are flooded with unrelated projects.
