That sample was complete though as long as there wasn't too many tweets. I.e, as long as your query was specific enough, you _did_ get all tweets.

Firefox still exists.

firefox is the best, and gemini in google search results is enough, for me.

Why does it have to have a chat interface? What's wrong with entering airports in different fields? I'm not convinced it's needed for a "routine trip" feature, you could just have some sort of bookmark feature..

Hey! Kesav here (co-creator of BookMyFlight).

We've included chat as an option for those who prefer it. I personally find it easier than clicking a bookmark and manually adjusting the dates each time. However, we understand that many people prefer entering fields themselves, so our UI supports that as well.

We see chat evolving into a concierge that can handle the same tasks you’d give a human assistant: planning entire flight + hotel itineraries, rescheduling flights, checking in to upcoming trips, etc.

You uninstall all snaps, uninstall snapd, and block it from being installed via APT.

Then you add e.g. the mozilla PPA such that its firefox package gets installed instead.

You can do that if you want to. It'll just be slower.

Will it?

I haven't gotten around to it yet, but my plan is to use in-process REST with Objective-S, so that accessing the internal endpoint will be the cost of a function call.

The HTTP wrapper for external access is generic.

While true, that is true for everyone, there's no special law about police.

Nitpick, but:

> At its core, a file descriptor (often abbreviated as fd) is simply a positive integer

A _non-negative_ integer.

Ok, I have to ask: the difference between “positive” and “non-negative” is …?

The integer numbers can be divided into "negative" (less than zero), zero, and "positive" (greater than zero). When one says "non-negative", they are excluding only the negative numbers, so zero is included; when one says "positive", zero is not included.

The difference is a classic off-by-one error that can lead to a security exploit.

Positive numbers are greater than zero[1], while non-negative numbers are greater or equal to zero.

0 is non-negative but also... non-positive?

> more people have an intuitive sense for how heavy a ton is compared to elephants

Yeah, I think most elephants don't have a good sense of _any_ man-made unit.

> It isn’t, like, a hidden fact or anything.

It really is, in-universe. Almost noone knows this save other maiar. The wizards are perceived as men by most people, them being maiar is far from common knowledge.

As a Mac user, your best bet is probably X-Plane. There's only a few short tutorials, but given your history you should have no issues :)
